Here at LucyBe I am all about making you fitter, healthier and happier! Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength or just want to improve your fitness ability then you have found the right place!


Training with Lucy is always fun, and I have already begun to feel and see improvements to my fitness!


I am a level 3 REP’s qualified mobile Personal Trainer working in the Brighton, Hove, Shoreham and Steyning area. I train you from your home using all the latest fitness techniques and equipment. I am dedicated to my clients and will help you every step of the way towards your fitness goals. As well as designing a personalised exercise programme and 1hr training sessions, my Personal Training package also includes nutrition advice, goal setting, fitness analysis and discount off LucyBe classes!

Want to workout with a friend? Great! I also do group Personal Training which is amazing for motivation and is a fantastic way to get a personalised workout if you are on a budget. Get in contact with me and let’s make it happen!

If training at home doesn’t work for you, I also offer outdoor workouts or training in a private studio in Brighton (near Brighton Station)


Consultation: £15 (1hr, includes a taster workout session)

PT 1 hr session: £30 (non-peak) £40 (peak)

PT 10 hours package: £250 (non-peak) £350 (peak)

Group PT (2-3 clients): From £10pp
