Fit Camp 2017 is here!!
Is your New Year’s resolution to get fitter? Does the thought of stepping into a gym fill you with fear? Would you love to find a fun fitness class you enjoy?
If the answer is yes, then come and join me for a friendly and enjoyable (yes, really, I said enjoyable) week of fitness in Hove!
During the first week of January I will be running LucyBe’s FIT CAMP in the spacious private studios at ACT, Hove. There will be a different class every night, and it would be great to see you there!
This week is perfect for those new and old to exercise. If you’ve been to my classes before then you’ll know that my classes are packed full of fun and laughs, but are also super friendly, encouraging and supportive. Here below is the classes I will be running and please feel free to message me for any further details:

Monday 02/01/17- Friday 06/01/17 7:30-8:30 pm
Monday: Move ‘n’ Groove 80’s/90’s/00’s
If you love having fun and exercising to music then this is the class for you!We are bringing the feel good factor back to exercise with our 80’s, 90’s and 00’s music and super simple fun moves. Through repeated patterns of easy to follow steps and movements, and with a few iconic moves thrown in from each era, LucyBe will guide you through an enjoyable, lively hour of cardio exercise. Suited for all ages and ability.
Tuesday: Guns, Buns ‘n Abs
Fancy a full body workout? Then look no further than Guns, Buns & Abs! Through a combination of cardio and body weighted exercise that focuses on sculpting and toning those tricky areas! This easy to follow class that is set to music will have you feeling the burn whilst enjoying the party. Suitable for all ages and ability
Wednesday: Circuit Training
An oldie, but a goodie! A fun workout where participants move from station to station and perform a variety of exercises. The class is set to music and is a full body workout that focuses on conditioning, strength, power and speed. This class is perfect for those looking to tone up, lose weight or improve their overall fitness; the class allows each participant to work as hard as they want and so is perfect for those new to exercise.
Thursday: Bust a Move Bollywood
Want to find your new favourite workout? Well here it is! If you love dance based exercise (I see you Zumba lovers!) then here is Bust A Move Bollywood! If you love to have fun, shake those hips and dance the night away then this class is for you. An hour long Bollywood spectaular that is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Friday: Strengthen ‘n’ Lengthen
FriYAY! End your week with this core and stretch class. Set to relaxing music LucyBe will guide you through a flowing core workout and into a deep release stretch. This is the perfect class for those needing a stressbuster after the busy New Year!
